Itās human nature to try and pretend things are okay in times of struggle.
That used to be the case for New Jersey runner and race director Kim Levinsky. Through her attempt to set the FKT on the relatively unknown 358-mile New York State Long Path, Kim unravels her journey from reluctantly starting therapy to becoming a mental health advocate in her community.
The full 40 minute film is built around an in-person program to be shared with friends and strangers. While we invite you to watch it on your availability, we encourage EVERYONE to join us at a local screening to share in a conversation to de-stigmatize therapy and mental health services.
Mental Health is a team sport &
Mental health is

Our goal is to get this film and programming in front of as many communities as we can to empower peer-to-peer mental wellness.
